Biomarkers have been identified as “cellular, biochemical, or molecular alterations that are measurable in biological media such as human tissue, cells, or fluids.” Biomarkers like prognostic Biomarker, Diagnostic Biomarker, Mechanism of action Biomarker, Surrogate Biomarker have important role in Drug Development. In preclinical stage discovery biomarker used which may not be the same Biomarker used after the drug is selected to enter clinical trials. In Alphalisa technology biomarker does not require wash steps and it has High-throughput screening.
