Immunotherapy has emerged as a ground-breaking approach in the field of oncology, harnessing the power of the immune system to combat cancer. This review article provides an overview of immunotherapy and its different modalities, including immune checkpoint inhibitors, chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy, cancer vaccines, and cytokine therapy.
