Otolith Dimensions-Fish Length Relations Between Of Red-Spotted Trout (Salmo trutta macrostigma (Dummeril, 1858)) in Munzur River

In this research, otolith dimensions- fish length relations of 153 caught from Munzur River between October 2010-September 2011 have been examined. There were 47Ã?¢Ã?â?¢Ã?â?¬ and 106Ã?¢Ã?â?¢Ã?â?? specimens in population. Otolith length (OL), breadth (OB) and weight (OW) were measured from each specimens. Total length and weight of specimens have been ranged 18.2-38.2 cm; 77.4-656 g respectively. The length, breadth and weight of otoliths were measured from each specimens and were determined as 2.12-3.76 mm 1.17-2.12 mm 0.0001-0.0013 g respectively. There lations among total length with otolith breadth and otolit length were determined as y=20.42x – 5.604 (R² = 0.888); y=0.058x + 1.265 (R² = 0.735) respectively.
