This study brings the analysis of phylogenetic tree and amino acid sequences of Neuraminidase (NA) from the influenza A virus that can infect a wide variety of birds and mammals. We have analyzed strains of two different years (2010 and 2013) of H1N1 from different country to see the antiviral resistance patterns with respect to reported mutant positions of amino acids. We found the similar types of amino acids near the reported mutated positions that may reduce sensitivity to Neuraminidase. The analysis of phylogenetic tree revealed some diverse strains of influenza A virus indicated the antigenic drift and antigenic shift.
