The theme of patient safety has been extensively studied since the publication of two landmark reports “To Err is Human” and “Crossing the Quality Chasm” in which advocated creating a culture of safety could avoid the adverse events and medical errors. Patient safety culture (PSC) and staff safety behavior may have an impact on hospital safety performance. To date, evidence in establishing the association of PSC and safety performance remains unclear and inconsistence in developing countries. The aim of this study is to evaluate the association of PSC, staff safety behavior and hospital safety performance.
