The antioxidant activities of Terminalia catappa were quantified using non-enzymic, enzymic antioxidants and liver marker enzyme. The activity of enzymic and non-enzymic antioxidants increased significantly by the intraperitoneal injection of plant protein fraction compared to ELA induced mice whereas it was reversed for liver marker enzymes.
