Dr. Mohammad Azizur Rahman completed his MD in Respiratory Medicine from National Institute of Diseases of Chest & Hospital(NIDCH),Dhaka in 2010. He received fellowship from American College of Chest Physicians (FACCP) in April,2012. His prior work experience includes as Resident in Bangabandhu Shiekh- Mujib Medical University(BSMMU) Hospital, Dhaka (2002-2004); Resident in Respiratory Medicine at National Institute of Diseases of Chest and Hospital(NIDCH), Dhaka (2004-2005); Junior Consultant in Respiratory Medicine at Ashiyan Medical College Hospital, Dhaka (2011-2013) and Assistant Professor in Respiratory Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, Dhaka University (2013-2015). Currently, He is working as Associate Professor, Respiratory Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, Dhaka University (since 2015).
His research interest focus around the Respiratory Diseases and Medicine, mainly Asthma, Abdominal Tuberculosis, Sleep Overlap Syndrome, Lung Function in COPD patients, Tubercular Pleural Effusion and Pulmonary Hypertension.
