This study aimed to examine the challenges of integrating ICT with knowledge Management acquires high attention in health sectors, since it is a valuable instrument in support decision making and improving healthcare service. This study intends to identify key challenges which are the information technology infrastructure, human resource, knowledge sharing and the culture of the organization. For this reason, the current study examines the opinion of healthcare professional using semi structures interview to highlight the challenges that influence the integration of ICT with KM processes. This empirical study is the first to employ a qualitative approach to addresses the issue of ICT integration to KM processes in Ethiopia healthcare. It covered both primary and secondary data collected from health professionals in selected hospitals. The study reveals that specific health care organizations are still at the stages ranging from considering integrating ICT through early implementation. The study established that organizational culture and organization structure had a significant influence on the integration of ICT with KM processes. It was recommended that a national framework for effectively integrate ICT and KM processes to facilitate evidence-based decision making in Ethiopia healthcare Key Words: Decision making, healthcare, ICT, KM processes.
