Abstract:

The surgical tactics algorithm provides for a differentiated choice of surgical intervention methods and an integrated approach based on the analysis and systematization of subsequent pathogenetic criteria: the severity of aesthetic defect, its localization, aging vectors, patient's age and psycho-emotional status, severity of associated diseases, risk factors for complications, markers of aging.
