Abstract:

Mastopexy is a complicated operation not so much technically as "theoretically". Correct marking is the key to fast operation and a good result. Mastopexy with the increase becomes even more complicated, because of the significant mutual movement of tissues. During preoperative marking, it is necessary to take into consideration not only the amount of the removed skin, but another important factor, such as the height of the NAC position on the future bulge of the breast. The proposed technique allows you to select the exact height of the areola position simply and accurately. The report describes the method itself, demonstrates the features of calculation and operating techniques.
