Abstract:

Rhinoplasty procedure is a big challenge. In this study, we expose the importance of using sculptured cartilage graft in primary and secondary rhinoplasty plus the indications of liquid rhinoplasty. Around 6,400 patients have been operated between Jan’ 2000-Jan’ 2010 with cartilage graft rhinoplasty and around 500 liquid rhinoplasties have been operated between Jan’ 2013-Jan’ 2016. In this study, we discuss the cartilage graft or fillers in the treatment of the: dorsum, tip, mid third, columella and several other parts of the nose, secondary rhinoplasty and touch up rhinoplasty. The use of cartilage graft or fillers (depending on the indications) in primary and secondary rhinoplasty provides an outcome of a natural nose shape.
