Abstract:

Here we are presenting three cases of macular hole. After doing 25 G pars plana vitrectomy , PVD induction and ILM peeling, macular hole in first case has been stuffed by using autologous blood and second case has been stuff by using autologous posterior capsule of pseudophakic patient. and third case has been stuff by using autologous retinal graft with out inducing retinal detachment. we got anatomical closure in all three macular hole cases. visual acuity is also improved in all the cases.
