Rhinoseptoplasty surgery is fundamental to correct many defects and dentoesqueletic craneo-maxilo-facial alterations in an integral way, whether with functional objectives or with aesthetic objectives. The decision to perform uni or bimaxilar orthognatic surgery concomitately with the rhinoseptoplasty surgery is imperative in order to obtain satisfactory results without risk in each of the procedures. Therefore there is a lot of controversy in conjunctively performing them. For the associated risks for the stability of both surgeries or to carry out in a deferred manner in a second surgical act considering the variables of time and recovery. At this conference, we will present the experience of 18 years in the cirumax clinic center of specialists in the city of Pereira, Colombia, carrying out a clinical and radiographic monitoring to 65 patients who were intervened surgery of both procedures with controls from one to eight years exposing the different techniques of rhinoseptoplasty and handling a strict protocol in decision-making for these surgeries in a serious and ethical way to provide the best options to the patients
