This study provide a forum for critical evaluation of the novel cardiovascular science, The ultimate goal of biomedical research is to improve individual and public health by discovering new effective strategies for the maintenance of wellness and for the prevention and treatment of disease. Mortality of cardiovascular disease (CVD) has declined significantly in the last 30 years. The discovery of a new mechanism and potential therapeutic target in an experimental or basic research setting, with a drug or device being developed, the approach being validated in the clinical setting and eventually being introduced into clinical practice. Technological advancements in the production of stem cells and their differentiation into relevant cell types, such as cardiomyocytes, has permitted the utility of these cells in the translational medicine setting.
